Walmart might not be on your radar when it comes to baby registries, but if you're interested in maxing out your perks and freebies, it should be! They offer a free welcome box to anyone who registers with them, and it happens to be one of the easiest boxes to get (as in, you don't have to jump through lots of hoops to actually get your hand on one).
How to get your free Walmart baby registry welcome box
- Create a Walmart baby registry. You'll have to start by creating a Walmart account if you don't already have one, but this doesn't take too long to do.
- Copy your Walmart baby registry URL. Just click the "Share this registry" link (near the top, right-hand corner) once you've created this recipe, then click the "Copy link" button.
- Visit Walmart's Baby Registry Welcome Box page. This will send you to a form that asks for that link to your registry and your shipping info. Fill it out, and your box will be on the way!
According to members of our community, it may take your box up to three weeks to ship – so don't be alarmed if it takes a while to get to you.
Walmart doesn’t share a dollar value for what the items in their box come out to. And while the retailer says that samples in its box may vary, according to our community, recent boxes have included a bottle, pacifier, and samples of diapers, gripe water, laundry detergent, wipes, lotion, diaper ointment, and more.
Once you've set up your Walmart baby registry and ordered your free welcome box, don't forget to link your registry to Registry Builder so that you can manage all of your registries in one place for easy sharing.
